Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase, and entitle you to product updates and support for one year. When asking for support you may be asked to provide a valid license key as proof of purchase.

Single Site license allows you to use the theme/plugin on one site.

Unlimited license allows you to use the theme/plugin on as many sites as you want.

Developers, you are welcome to use your Unlimited license on site/s you are building for a client, but please don’t bundle our plugins with your own commercial theme (eg Themeforest).

Automatic Plugin Updates

Updates are included for free for one year. If you have a valid and active license key, and your purchased product(s) supports it, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard. If you prefer to update manually then the latest version of all plugins you’ve purchased can be downloaded from your account area.

Support Services

Support for purchased products is available here through our online (email based) ticket system. Support is given up to one year after the purchase date. If you wish to get support after one year, you must renew your license or purchase a new license.

Refund Policy

We stand firmly behind the quality of our products and offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you have any technical difficulties with your purchase that cannot be resolved through our support channels within a reasonable time frame, we will grant a full refund.

Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us the opportunity to try to resolve any problem you have by opening a support ticket. After 30 days, no refunds will be given. Also please note that ‘change of mind’ is not a valid reason for requesting a refund – all products are clearly described and full documentation is available so it is reasonable to expect that you understand what you are purchasing.
